Beaver Lake Campground Policies
When you call us to make a reservation for the current year, we require a deposit equal to one nights stay in advance for each site reserved. Our rates are based on a family 4 consisting of two adults and two children. If any in your party are 16 or over they are considered an adult and if any are between 5 and 15 they are considered children. Children under 5 are free. All visitors are asked to pay a $6 regular/off season fee. If you would like to make a reservation, please fill out the make a reservation page or give us a call at 1-605-673-2464. We are site specific and will try to make sure that the site you reserved is what you get, however we do reserve the right to change your site without prior notification if the need arises. We give discounts only for Good Sam, Over 65, Military with ID or FMCA. We also offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or longer. To receive any discount you may qualify for, you must show your card at time of check in.
Beaver Lake Campground welcomes VIPs (Very Important Pets) and we have a few rules to follow.
2 pets maximum per site. Must be leashed, (no longer than 6 feet), cleaned up after, and not allowed to bark incessantly. May not be left unattended, tied up outside or left alone in cabins. No cats allowed in cabins. Pets are solely your legal responsibility. If any pet causes damage there will be a charge. All shots must be current. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the dog park.
Our cancellation policy is: We require a deposit equal to one nights during all seasons except the Sturgis Rally We always require 30 days advance notice for any changes or cancellations on any cabin or on all sites for the week surrounding Memorial Day, 4th of July, Sturgis Rally and Labor Day. We require 10 days in advance notice for all RV, tent and tipi sites for the rest of the season. If you give us the above stated time in advance and have to cancel your reservation, you will receive your deposit back less our $20.00 processing fee per site reserved.If you cancel and give us less then the required notice there will be no refund. Changes made to your reservation after the above stated dates will be subject to a fee of at least $20 to your whole deposit. There are NO EARLY DEPARTURE REFUNDS!
During the Sturgis Rally week from 8/6/2020 until 8/15/2020 we will require a deposit equal to two nights. We require 30 days notice to cancel a reservation. If you give us the required notice we will give your deposit back to you less $40.00. If you do not give us the required notice, your deposit is forfeited. Rates are based on two people and extra people are $10 per night.
Early Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes your plans change after you have made your reservations or after you have registered for your stay at our campground. Our policy is: If you let us know at least 10 days (30 days during Rally or a Holiday period) before your arrival of your plan change we will do all we can to make the changes necessary with no additional fee. However, if it is less than 10 days (30 days during Rally or a Holiday period) before you check in a penalty may apply. Upon your arrival to our campground there will be no early departure refunds. Whatever you have reserved, you will be asked to pay for in full.
Making A 2021 Reservation
We require a deposit equal to one nights stay in advance for each site reserved. It is strongly suggested that you give us a call or send us an email by the end of February to confirm or cancel the reservation. We will give you one courtesy email to ask you to confirm if you haven’t contacted us by February 28th. If you cancel after confirming the reservation and you have given us the required notice, you will receive a refund of your deposit less $20 per site reserved. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a change in plans. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to hearing from you in February and welcoming you back to our campground in 2021.
