Things To Know Before Your Stay

Thanks for choosing Beaver Lake Campground in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We’ll do all we can to make your stay as wonderful as possible.
Please comply with the following for everyone’s pleasure and comfort:

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

Check-in time for RVs: 1 PM

Check-in time for Cabins: 2 PM

Check-out time: 11 AM
ELECTRICAL SURGE PROTECTION is the guest’s responsibility for their RV. It is highly advised for RV electrical protection.
On-site electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited; please utilize the designated public charging stations located off-premises.
Rates
All campsite rates are based on 4 people. Extra guests are $5 per night. Children 5 & under are free. 16 and older are adults. 2 dogs per site maximum. Prices are subject to change. Deposits are non-refundable.
Site numbers are not guaranteed; the type of site is guaranteed unless you lock in the site with a Site Number Guarantee.
Office hours are 8 AM to 7:00 PM during high season.
PROPANE filling hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. By law, any tanks older than 10 years past their certification date must be recertified.

Notice
As a registered guest at Beaver Lake Campground, you assume responsibility for your conduct and all guests and visitors within your site. You are responsible and are expected to abide by the following rules:

Obey the 5 mph speed limit within the campground. No exceptions.

You must check out by 11 AM or a late departure fee equal to the daily site rate will be charged.

Restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms are for guests only. For the convenience of all guests, promptly remove your laundry, leave the laundry room neat and clean, cleaning out the lint trap, and removing all personal items.

Oil changes or vehicle repairs are not allowed within the campground.

All vehicles must be currently registered and be in good condition.

To respect others’ privacy, don’t walk into an occupied site without permission of the occupant.

Sewer connections must comply with the regulatory requirements of the State of South Dakota.

All campsites will remain uncluttered. Storage of any type is prohibited. No clotheslines or tarps.
-
Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Do not move fire pits.
-
Do not park on the grass. Ask for additional parking.
-
No fireworks or cutting of firewood.

Do not remove the backflow regulator. If the backflow regulator has been removed upon your departure, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Pools are open from 9 AM to 9 PM, weather permitting, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ambient temperatures must be above 60°F for pools to open. The pool is 3.5’ deep. No diving. NO lifeguard on duty. Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Inflatable Water Slide
Our inflatable water slide is open for guest enjoyment. For safety, children under 14 require active adult supervision. Guests must slide feet-first, one at a time, and must never touch or adjust any slide hoses, valves, or equipment. Violation of these rules will result in immediate loss of slide privileges.
Guest Conduct
Beaver Lake Campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The guest accepts privileges with the understanding that the guest does hereby release Solid Rock Partners LLC and its officers and employees from claims resulting from loss of any kind, damage to property, or injury to the guest, any member of their family, or any guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of campground facilities. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Parents or guardians are responsible for children’s behavior at all times. All campground occupants and guests must comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as park rules. No pets in public restrooms. Service dogs are excluded.
Wi-Fi
Beaver Lake Campground provides complimentary, unsecured Wi-Fi service to guests on an AS-IS basis and assumes no liability as a result of connecting to the service. Guest use of the Wi-Fi system is at their own risk.
Cabin Policies

All cabins are non-smoking. Guests are fully aware that tobacco odor or smoking paraphernalia found inside cabins will result in a mandatory minimum cleaning charge of $200 to the guest’s credit card, and authorize charges to the guest’s credit card.

The necessity for excessive cleaning or damage caused by guests may result in charges to the guest’s credit card, as stated above.

Please do not move cabin furniture. There may be a charge if the cleaning staff has to move it back into place.

No candles in cabins due to fire danger.
Pet Policy
Beaver Lake Campground welcomes VIPs (Very Important Pets), and we have a few rules to follow:

2 pets maximum per site.
-
Pets must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet), cleaned up after, and not allowed to bark incessantly.

Pets may not be left unattended outside, tied up outside, or left alone in cabins without being kenneled. They can be left alone in your RV as long as there isn’t excessive barking and they are in a safe, temperature-controlled environment.

There is a $10/night fee per dog in all cabins.
-
No cats allowed in cabins.
-
Pets are solely your legal responsibility. If any pet causes damage, there will be a charge.
-
All shots must be current.
-
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the dog park.
-
We do have wildlife that don’t appreciate being harassed by pets!
-
No pets in the public restrooms or in the office. Service dogs are excluded.
Cancellation Policy
Your first-night fee is a non-refundable deposit for all sites.
NO EARLY DEPARTURE REFUNDS AT ANY TIME! The fun goes on, rain or shine!
